One of our advisors will send you an answer direct to your mobile phone. It's free to send a message, and the things you tell us are confidential. You can ask anything about child law or children's rights - about school, your parents splitting up, health, going to a children's hearing, being in trouble with the police, or anything else that is affecting you. Whatever your question is, get in touch and we will do what we can to help. To find out what other children and young people have called us about, check out Your Questions. What you said about this serviceWe asked more than 400 children and young people across Scotland what they thought about finding out about their rights and the law. More than half said that they would prefer to find out about their rights by text message, instead of by telephone or email. 9 out of 10 children and young people had their own mobile phone, and three quarters of them sent at least 10 text messages a week. Easier for youThis service will make it easier for you to get the information and advice you need about your rights and how the law affects you. You can send us questions any time, from anywhere. If you have any questions about LEXTXT or the SCLC, ring us on 0800 328 8970, or email enquiries@sclc.org.uk, or just text us! |
